Cummins was a member of the Royal Air Force when he began his serial killing spree that lasted only a few short days, which took place during the blackout periods at night to limit the targets from bombs being dropped on London. This is a violent story, be forewarned, if you have a weak stomach or don't want anyone listening, we recommend holding off.
